8 T o establish a safe v olume lev el: Set y our volume control at a lo w setting. • Slowl y increase the sound until you can hear it comfor tab ly and clear ly , • without distor tion. Listen for r easonable periods of time: Prolonged exposure to sound, even at nor mally ‘safe’ levels, can also • cause hear ing loss. Be sure to use y our equipment reasonabl y and take appropr iate breaks. • Be sur e to obser ve the f ollowing guidelines when using y our headphones. Wr ite the n umber s here: Model No . __________________________ Ser ial No . ___________________________ Pr eparation T o use the play er in a car , attach the main unit and the second screen to the back of the front seat headrests. 1 Pull the str ap through the loops on the back of the main unit. 2 Hold the buckle with the mar ked ar row facing y ou, then attach the buckle to the strap. 3 P osition the main unit at the back of the headrest, then fasten the buckle . 4 Pull the str ap to secure the main unit to the headrest. T o attach the second screen, repeat the abov e steps. • EN

No pow er Ensure that both plugs of the mains cord are proper l y connected. • Ensure that there is pow er at the car cigarette lighter or A C outlet. • No sound Ensure that the A V cable is connected correctly . • Distor ted pictur e Clean the disc . With a clean, soft, lint-free cloth, wipe the disc outwards • from the center . Make sure that the video output f or mat of the disc is compatible with • the TV . Change the video output format to match your TV or progr am. • The LCD is manufactured using high precision technology . Y ou may , • how ever , see tiny b lack points and/or br ight points(red, b lue , green) that continuousl y appear on the LCD . This is a nor mal result of the manufacturing process and does not indicate a malfunction. Cannot pla y disc Ensure the disc label is upwards. • Clean the disc . With a clean, soft, lint-free cloth, wipe the disc outwards • from the center . Check if the disc is defectiv e by tr ying another disc . • The pla y er feels warm When the play er is in use for a long per iod of time , its surface will be • heated. This is nor mal.
