Basic Hardware buttons Quick Start Guide This guide is intended to guide you through the basic functions of this navi- gation system. For details, please refer to Operation Manual. Searching for your destination by address 1 Display the â Des ti na t io n Menu â screen and touch Address . 2 Input the information that you want to set a s the des - tination. 1 Touch the keys in the fol- lowing order in the â Top Menu â screen. Settings â¡ System Settings â¡ Volume 2 T ouch or - to change the volume of the route guid- ance. Pairing your phone 1 Ac tivate the B luetoo th function on your phone. 2 T ouch the keys in the fo l- lowing order in the â To p Menu â screen. Settings â¡ Bluetooth Settings 3 To u c h Bluetooth On/ Of f to select On . 4 To u c h Registration on the â Bluetooth Settingsâ screen. The system tries to find and lists nearby devices. 5 T ouch your phone on the list . 6 Enter the PIN code from your phone. (The default code is 1111.) When the pairing is success- ful, the message will appear. Transferring the phone book 1 Con nect t he cel l u la r phone. 2 To u c h Contacts T ran sfe r on the â Phone Menuâ screen. 3 Check that th e following sc re e n i s d is pl a yed , a nd op era te your ce llular phone to trans fer the phone book entries. After transferring the data is finished, a message asking whether you want to transfer more data appears. 4 To u c h No . The transferred data is imported to the navigation system. Using the radio (FM) Playing your Apple iPod Y ou can control an iPod by connecting the USB int er face cable for iPod (CD- IU50V ) (sold separa tely) t o the navigation sys tem. Inserting and ejecting a microSD card For details about playable files, refer to Oper ation Manua l. Inserting a microSD card 1 Insert your microSD car d until it clicks. Ejecting a microSD card 1 Press ï¨ button. 2 T ouch Eject SD on the screen. 3 Press the middle of the microSD car d gently until it clicks. 4 Pull the microSD card out stra igh t . 1 Displays the artist name list, album title list or song title list 2 Displays the category list 3 Displays the genre list 4 Selects the song to play by scrolling and dragging the key up or down. To play the song, tap it 5 Switches the list screen between music and video 6 Selects a song by scrolling and dragging the character tab up or down. Tap the tab of the character for the song title that you want to display 7 Starts playback by tapping an item to select 1 Con nect yo ur i Pod.
